That email says what to expect in terms of response time from a live person. It is helpful because they didn't leave me wondering if they received my request. Nice feature. They are not just willing to help but they succeeded in promptly taking care of my issue regarding the details of the payment plan for a course. The resolution was exactly what I needed and there was no messing around waiting for days for a solution. Prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable! What more could I want?
