She gave rapid responses, and helped me resolve my issue incredibly fast.I'm in a bit of financial trouble and wasn't going to be able to make a payment on the 5th, instead of threating me with legal action or late fees, Charlyne offered to put my account on hold to stop payments until I had the money to make them.I wish I had more than 5 stars to give, as she's certainly earned it.
