I bought one of the Jumpcut courses a while back but was unable to afford to continue to pay for it until just recently. But once i had fully paid for it I noticed I still didn't have access to the course despite having fully paid it off due to some sort of glitch in the system. I notified the Jumpcut team of the issue I was having and within the next 12 hours, Christine, a Jumpcut team member, responded to my email and swiftly resolved the issue I was experiencing and my access to the course was restored.
