Total scam, avoid at all costs. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing a bag from these thieves who took my money and sent nothing, despite me reaching out to them on Instagram, Facebook and by email to the various email addresses they advised me to write to. My order was placed on 2 December.I've just been reading through these Trustpilot reviews and one reply from the Jumpfrompaper people says you should only purchase from their actual website and gives that address. This IS the actual website I purchased from! They also say they are unable to process payments from the UK. Really? Then how come I have a payment listed on my credit card for 2 December for the exact amount payable to you?It's a shame cos their bags look amazing! Then again, they would do, so that fools like me give them my money!
