I managed the songs for three artists on Jumpstr. It worked well for almost a year. Then, Jumpstr suddenly blocked the account, allegedly because an audio sample from a third party had been used. The songs are still available on Spotify and other platforms, but now the money stays with Jumpstr instead of going to the artists.
The worst part: The song with the alleged audio sample was a political song. A political opponent tried to ruin the artist—and apparently succeeded, because Jumpstr refuses to respond properly and, for example, block only one song if there's a conflict. All I can say is: No, don't use Jumpstr.io—the risk is too high!
