Scheduled a few days ahead. On the day of their visit less than two hours before the scheduled time of arrival, they called to say the truck had mechanical problems and they wanted to re-schedule. If it was my business, I would rent a truck rather than have all customers re-schedule. I now looked at all these bad reviews and feel fortunate that I did not choose Junkluggers.
