The reservation was easy to make, the arrangements fair (an appointment for removal was made with the understanding that if the final quote for service given by the movers was not acceptable, I was under no obligation to go through with the transaction), the movers (Justice and Todd) showed up at the appointed time, were efficient and courteous and did a good job of removing the heavy credenza I had hired them to move.
