Terrible experience. Is this a SCAM?!

My mother’s home health aide attempted to use this app but kept encountering glitches and obstacles. We tried to assist by contacting customer support, which was dreadful! They couldn’t resolve issues with their own app! This was after she had shared personal financial information with them. They promised to call her back, but she never received a follow-up call after providing her details! Attempts to reach them have been futile. This might be a scam!
