Pathetic services!Poor customer support!!Bank is declining my credit card transaction on Amazon upon contacting them about it they said I don't have a credit history specifically with them hence, they will not allow the transaction first I should create a credit line with their bank and then in the near future they will allow the transactions to go through.I have a CIBIL of more than 700 and multiple CC with different banks and this is the first time I have heard that in order to use the credit card customer should have a credit history with that specific bank. Additionally, the customer support doesn't operate on Saturday and Sunday so if you're trying to make a transaction that is declined by the bank and it is urgent for you, this bank will not bother because they will operate on next working day only there is no way to contact them on weekends!! If you wish to speak with someone superior you'll have to wait for 24hrs. Really, poor and bad customer support.Really bad experience this led me to close my account.
