Their Black Friday was a farce. Items I added into my basket on the Saturday couldn’t be checked out as it says it cannot be delivered to my address. Even tried to have it delivered to another address and it still said it couldn’t deliver.Messaged them and they replied there is a technical issue with the website and will resolve it asap. I replied to ask if it’s not resolved can they honour the prices I had screenshots of. No reply. I wasted so much time trying multiple times to buy on Sunday and still getting the no delivery messages and the prices in the Black Friday section were all back to full price! Now it is Monday, the Black Friday promotion has been taken off! And I still can’t buy the items.
