AVOID! Jurlique.co.uk. Their website returns a message about technical difficulties and unable to process orders. Yet after trying twice, I received emails confirming my order - the same order duplicated. Emails to customer care are returned as 'undeliverable'; the telephone number I had in my contacts list, 0800 80 85877 gives a message stating that they cannot take calls (I note that in the last couple of days, the number has been removed from their website). Emails to Customer Care, Australia HQ: Jurlique.com.au, respond with a message that they are dealing with high volumes - not surprising. All I want is to ask for a refund for the unwanted duplicate order. Please save yourself the annoyance and avoid.
