I was sold a product that was claimed to be genuine, but it turned out to be counterfeit. I have evidence since I own authentic items, and the differences in quality are obvious. I contacted the number on the delivery package and emailed for a refund, but I've yet to receive a response. I plan to report this counterfeit sale to my bank to recover my money.
