I was sold an item that was advertised as genuine, but it turned out to be counterfeit. I have evidence since I own authentic items, and the differences in quality are apparent. I contacted the support team using the number on the delivery package and also emailed for a refund, but I have not received any response. I plan to go to my bank next to report the counterfeit transaction in an attempt to recover my funds.
