Lupita Anzaldo helped me so much with my experience today. I had an outstanding balance of like $300 because I forgot to upload my odometer. After I uploaded the odometer I asked her to adjust the balance which she did, and then she navigated me on how to top up my balance of $30 so I could have my insurance active again.
