Catalina Quest should definitely be your go to for all trip planning. The service that was provided was absolutely 10/10 stars. The itinerary was so uniquely fitted to us and our likes, dislikes and desires. We did activities that I am not sure I would have thought to do or heard about had I been planning this trip on my own. Catalina Quest spends time really learning what you want out of your trip, what you like and don't like on vacations and then creates a perfectly unique itinerary to fit your budget. When a couple activities and transports got cancelled last minute, they were corrected/rescheduled while we carried on exploring the city were in. Absolutely zero stress fell on us. A couple times we needed help sorting things out and Alison was on the other end of the phone immediately helping us through it. We had the most unbelievable trip with memories that we will have forever and zero stress planning anything! We are already planing to use Catalina Quest for our next trip!
