Cancelled the trial immediately using 2 methods to be sure. 9 months later, I check my emergency debit card and 750 dollars I did not authorize had been charged leaving me unable to use my money for it's purpose I called furious, to be told there was no record of a cancellation and there was nothing to be done. I double checked my email to find cancellation confirmation from 2 months before and the new one provjng that I'd cancelled and been charged subsequently. I called back and they refunded the payment taken that day but only as a "one time courtesy" if it didn't cost More than what they stole to get a lawyer to look into it I'd call and see if there was help for me. How many millions are they extorting from people every year?
