I Ordered a vape (9 Feb 20 2025) but was sent back to them due to wrong address (I gave all of my address except my road name) I contacted them to correct my mistake and they replied two days later saying they will replace it, my product was returned to them on 17th Feb and now at 23rd Feb I still have no product and they never answer there phone number and have not replied to any further messages with no way to know if they have resent my package or not. Not pleased at all.Edit: (They saw this post and decided to send me three vapes as compensation, so whilst I still stand by the fact that the customer service is bad, I will increase the star rating to three stars and slightly change my review).
