I paced an order on 12/19/22 and have not received it yet. I sent a request (#116184) on 1/4 23 to find out when it will be delivered. I then received a response that the order was lost in delivery and that a new order was being sent ASAP. I received my order 2 days later. This is the correct way to handle my problem. I am very happy this has been cleared up. I will continue to buy from this company.
