When I spoke to David about clearing the heavy items of furniture from my late Mother's house I felt he sounded like a reliable and decent person. We only had very short notice for the clearance to be done but he was able to fit us in - even despite his van breaking down the day before so we agreed on the following day and he had to hire a van to honour our booking.
