I got my hair cut at Erindale ACT.What experience that was.First of all I would like to say that I have been there many many times and the experience was fantastic, but today was next level of disappointment.The hairdresser failed to tighten the cape around my neck further didn't place the white tape for further protection. While cutting my hair, hair was falling close to the top of the cape, I continually kept brushing it away, with no assistance from my hairdresser. After I was finished I stood up and as one could have imagined, lots of short bristly hair was all down my back, so for the next 3 hrs had to shop with the awful experience. Not angry but Very Very Disappointed.
