I visited the Booragoon store for a trim and some layers, hair was between my shoulders. Her name was Milly and I regret ever coming in. I showed her a picture of what I would like. I indicated how much hair to cut off between 7-8 cm and she showed me what she would cut off, I agreed and what happened next was unbelievable. She's throwing parts of my hair in the air cutting away and afterwords didn't get a mirror to show me the back, glad she didn't as I would have lost it. Sitting in shock I said thank you, paid and left. Waited until I got to my car for the breakdown. Hair now sits under my shoulder and the layering is disgusting. I sent 3 emails and left a review and not one message back. Totally ignored I've now seen a real hairdresser who tells me the cut wasn't even straight and chunks were taken out ... Also three days after my review was left the person who cut my hair was left a five star review...seems they are getting friends to write reviews and they bragged how cheap their cut was ... $45 for them $65 for me DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to pay more money to fix up their stuff ups
