I’ve been using Just cuts for a while now and have used a few different stores but recently I went to Mill park store at Plenty Valley shopping centre and Giuliana did my $35 trim. I was so angry and disappointed. Cut was too quick and at the end she asked if I wanted a dry off of the fringe. I asked her if she could but it was good to cost me $90 so I said just do the front so I ended up pay an extra $7.80 for a 5 second brush and blow with the hairdryer. She didn’t even run a comb through my hair or hold the mirror up for me to see the back. If she had she would have seen the long bits she left that I had trim myself once I got home. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!I should have asked for my money back but of course you don’t see things properly till you get home. That’s why a good hairdresser is supposed to check everything before you leave the store. I looked worse than when I walked in!
