Got my hair cut yesterday by Fran in Golden Centre Dunedin NZ yesterday. I showed her a photo of the cut I wanted. Boy did I get a shock. First of all, she started cutting at the front. Not at the back like your supposed to do, she never sectioned the hair. Just took chunks of hair and cut it. I have written a complaint and Nadine e-mailed me back offering me a full refund and either a complimentary product or a gift voucher. Never heard back after that. NEVER go to Just Cuts, my hair is uneven, it’s shorter on the right than the left. There are short pieces and long pieces everywhere. Now I have to spend more money to get the screwed up cut fixed.Very Bad Service
