Had a great bob cut yesterday by Sandy/Sandie at Castle Plaza, Edwardstown, South Australia. My normal hairdresser really disappointed me for her last 2 cuts, I ended up frustrated at Marion Just Cuts a few weeks ago. I was told to come back if I was unhappy, when I went back (just for a slight modification) the hairdresser in question had just had a week off, NO ONE had mentioned to come back within 7 days. Marion wanted to charge me again. I determined I would not use them again. However, still unhappy with the first Just Cuts hairstyle & not wanting to go back to my regular hairdresser, (I had a top layer of hair after a wash & condition would not comb out smoothly despite it being conditioned and masked) I found myself in Castle Plaza. Sandy was so professional, I showed her photos, she LISTENED, and cut me a choppy bob. She listened and understood, very happy with my hair. Washed it this morning, dried upside down. Great. The downside of Just Cuts is that you cannot request the same cutter.
