I went to a just cuts after my usual hairdresser was sick and asked if anyone could do a razor cut, they said yes and I said ok that's great. the lady who cut my hair was nice enough but it only took her 10 mins to cut my hair which should have been a red flag there and then. I left with my hair damp as I did not want pay extra on top of the Senior price which is now $38 and did not see my hair dry until I blow dried it at home. I was shocked at the way my hair looked, a bad cut for sure. I have contacted Just cuts twice now but have not had a reply. Definitely bad customer service and I certainly will not be going back there ever again. Unhappy customer.
