Not good at all. Got a complete different hairstyle that I wanted. Even forgot to put the cover on me. I asked them not to cut a lot I even showed them how much to cut but she still cut heaps off. Asked for layered bangs and she cut full straight ones. Not very nice either and no effort at all. Thanks for ruining my hair!
