This is the third time this has happened to me. I looked on the app today before I left to drive to Indooroopilly to get hair cut. Website says closes at 5:30pm. App says wait time is 0-5 minutes so I don't book in as I can't be there in 5 minutes. I drive the 20 minutes to Indooroopilly Shopping centre but when I try and book into the app at 4:31 it won't allow me to check in. I call the shop and they say they won't let me in because they have a waitlist. System doesn't work and not worth putting up with inconvenience as not as good value as it used to be.
