I am still waiting on a refund/credit. I am not the only one with this problem. Be very careful if you choose to use this service. I would be open to having my experience made right, but I am not holding my breath. I have sent multiple emails explaining the situation, and the response has been argumentative at best. Several emails have also been sent with no reply.
