I bought a boot from the company last year, and after a month, £40 was deducted from my account for a VIP service. I called to cancel it and received my refund. However, last month and this month, £39 has been deducted from my account twice without any reason. I’ve tried calling for assistance but have had no luck. I need my £78 refunded.
