I’ve been a devoted member for over 10 years, but recent updates to the website seem to have severely impacted the order processing system, which has overwhelmed their customer support team. Things have taken a turn for the worse. If anyone from the company is seeing this, please investigate the order fulfillment process and address these problems. I still believe in the company; they just need to overcome this challenge. They are not fraudulent. If you're thinking of placing an order, I recommend waiting a couple of months until these issues are sorted out. Additionally, I would appreciate the return of my unfulfilled credits. I've requested to cancel my November order since it hasn’t shipped, and there seems to be no realistic chance of it doing so.
