Ordered was placed in error. Before they were dispatched I was told order couldn’t be cancelled and I would have to return for refund. Order arrived and returned. Told it takes 3-4 weeks for refund which is strange in itself. I’ve chased several times and no refund no over 4 weeks. Seems I’m not the only person this has happened to.
