Be very careful around medication interactions if you also take SSRIs

I have ADHD and waiting lists are loooong for diagnosis so I was pleased to see others with same condition report results with this.Positives: arrived as expected and on time. I took as directed and could quickly feel a difference. I normally "lose" my phone 3-5 times a day. With this I didn't lose my phone at all! This is a major change for me and I was excited about seeing other results.Negatives. The ginko biloba interacted negatively with SSRIs that I take. I was nauseous, had some of the worst insomnia I've ever had, and a prickly sweat, I was also tearful and upset. I realised what it was second day and immediately discontinued use as serotonin syndrome is real and dangerous! I feel much better.Of course the money back guarantee is only if you've continued use over a long period of time so having medication interactions is not covered which makes this an expensive mistake.It takes so long to get a GP appointment and to see them just to check interaction seems wasteful, but if you are on SSRIs maybe speak to your pharmacist or Google serotonin syndrome, and opt for a formulas which don't include ingredients like ginko or genseng.UPDATE: so Justfloow replied to my review say I was directly saying their product caused Serotonin Syndrome and I was being misleading. For the record I mentioned I was concerned about serotonin syndrome and urged caution, but have not in any part of my review said their product causes serotonin syndrom. I was trying to highlight a concern so others on SSRIs (which quite a lot of people with ADHD take) have as much info as possible, and are aware there can be an interaction.While their reply came across as defensive and persnickety they then told Trust Pilot they thought this was a fraudulent review. I then had to go through the process of proving it is real - and of course I could.Given that when I first had a negative reaction I contacted them about it and I had only bought the product a few days before, they had all the information they needed to reach out and show some concern in regards to how their product impacted me. Instead they chose to prioritise their PR by trying to get a negative review expunged.In their reply to my review they say they prioritise safety, but given they tried to remove a review that mearly warns people about a possible negative interactions their actions are not matching up with their words.As a result of that I have removed the two stars I originally gave them, and changed it to oneUPDATE 2. So Just got an email directly from JustFloow which 1, still expresses no concern, and asks no questions, and persues no information about my experience of their product. 2, they ask me to take down or edit my original review because I am not abiding by Trust Pilot rules because "it focuses heavily on outside concerns rather than the experience itself." They use preserving the "integrity" of Trust Pilot and an excuse.To make things clear to both JustFloow and anyone reading this. My experience of this product was not good, it made me nauseous and emotionally unstable. I know it was the product because the negative interactions stopped as soon as I stopped taking it and there were no other changes to my eating, sleeping, exercise or medication during that period. My GP had previously warned me about Serotonin Syndrome because of the SSRIs I take l. I do not know what the reaction I had was, but I did not want to chance anything.
