I recently purchased several items from JustFoodforDogs and unfortunately had to return one of them, which was unopened. To my surprise, the customer service team was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. They immediately closed my case with a generic form letter, making it clear that they didn't care about my satisfaction as a customer.As someone who purchased the item online, I expected to be able to return it online or at my local post office. However, the customer service representative informed me that the only way to get my money back was to drive over 15 miles to their location. As someone without access to a car, this was a ridiculous and unfair request.I attempted to reach out to their customer service team multiple times, both via email and phone, but received no response. I am extremely disappointed by the level of service I received and will never purchase from JustFoodforDogs again. It's a shame, as I liked their products, but the way they treat their customers is unacceptable.I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to ensure that other consumers are aware of the poor treatment they may receive from JustFoodforDogs. I urge anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice and support a company that values its customers.
