This company should be called, “Just Keep Charging” because they never delete your credit card information and just keep charging your account. The food is alright, but there are better options out there. My issue is with the company. They keep sending me autoship orders, charging my credit card and not accepting my multiple requests to return the items. They have a “satisfaction guarantee” yet, do not actually accept returns! I work with a dog rescue and have had five rescue pups year to date. They post on their IG account how much they support rescuing dogs but have given me no support in returning the massive amounts of food that keep showing up on my doorstep.Furthermore, my Mother had also tried this food a few weeks ago for her pup. She keeps getting emails about an upcoming shipment! Due to my frustrations with the company she canceled her autoship order months ago. When she spoke with customer care via email they told her there was a glitch in the system that keeps sending out processing emails. They told her to just ignore the emails!! One email even referred to an issue with charging her credit card (which is my card because she adopted one of my rescues and I like to purchase her doggy items for her in return). So yet again, another charge!I wish they would just own up to the “glitch in their system” for my case and let me return the cases upon cases that supposedly had been ordered from my account. My freezer is so full that I cannot fit anymore dog food and none of my dogs are even eating it. What a terrible company. Oh and also, they don’t answer their phone! Can’t make this ridiculousness up.
