Placed an order and then placed a duplicate order for the same club to take advantage of a discount code I missed. Tried to cancel one through their "customer service" within minutes of placing the second order and was told one would be cancelled. Perfect. Monitored the situation over the next few days and then it appeared that both orders had been shipped despite my request and being told it would get done. Then waited several weeks to receive my stuff because they used some discount carrier I've ever heard of before. Figured, ok, I'll just return one club now when I get both as their return policy seemed reasonable enough...no big deal. When I finally did get my package, it was slightly open and one club was missing entirely and the other was the wrong club that I ordered and it was broken in half. Since I am not the sender, I cannot initiate an insurance claim through the carrier. I emailed them multiple times for direction at that point just to get completely ignored/ghosted. No phone number anywhere either so I couldn't call anyone. I had to go though the credit card company to initiate a chargeback, which is currently pending. I hope, for their sake that I get my money back because if I don't, I will go to their warehouse myself, about 30 mins away, to demand it back. Would never buy from the again, in my 25 years of online shopping this is among the worst experiences I have ever had.
