I placed an order almost three weeks ago for a putter which was to be a Christmas present. After still not receiving it two weeks later I requested an investigation. First it was reported lost, then it was reported as undeliverable and was being returned to sender,then a few days later miraculously it was supposed to be delivered to me,of course it never arrived. I’ve been going back and forth by email and three days ago I wrote that I was sick of being jerked around and repeatedly being told they were looking into it and that I wanted a refund. I wish I knew they had no contact phone number in case of a problem before I placed my order. Horrible customer service.
