Got an early confirmation that product had shipped with a tracking code with GLS. However after five days it still had not been picked up!!I emailed them but had no response. Suddenly my golf bag was shipped and it delivered in two days in good condition and as advertised. Still however no response from seller.I also asked why I was charged for shipping when they clearly advertise free shipping over $99.It appears that this company is genuine but quite frankly I would not use them again as their customer service is non existent.
