I ordered 3 shirts from them over a week ago. On the Shop app - it shows that the package has been shipped, but when i use the tracking code, it says that the product has not even arrived and has not shipped. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, waited a few more days. Over a week and it still has not shipped despite saying that they ship in 7 business days. I will remove/update my review once/if i receive my product but until then this company gets 2 stars.Edit*My order finally arrived without any shipping status update. But i haven't had time to inspect the items individually. I've bumped them up to a 3-star. Honestly, it would've been a 5 star if their tracking system worked. I don't mind waiting, just don't like not knowing.
