I placed an order online and was able to find and use a discount code to get the price down. My card was charged and I received an email with an order #. Two days later I got an email informing me the company cancelled my order with no specific reason given. When I called in, I was informed it was cancelled because that discount code shouldn't have worked. I think it's pretty greasy that instead of recognizing their mistake, fulfilling the order, and then removing the code, they straight up cancel it without providing any information to the customer.
