Placed an order on Jan. 8th and today is the 21st.Have not received the order, only heard once from email, have called a bunch of times and get a recording "That I'll be called back in 24 hours" and that has been over 48 hrs with no call. My Credit Card was charged the minute I placed the order so they have their money so WHERE IS THE MERCHANDISE??? OH, they tell you to download the SHOP app and then it wants permission for your email, your contacts, sorry they don't need that for me to be able to follow the shipment if it is ever shipped.
