Bought 2 shirts early April. Too big. Confirmed return process with customer service - all good. Product sent back and showed delivered back to them, but 10 days later no refund. Inquired and they asked for tracking info which I provided. They said they would issue my refund and I got an email a couple days later showing the refund. All going reasonably well so far. Well 2 weeks later no refund on my card and they won’t answer my emails or return the phone message I left them. Had to file a dispute with Visa who is going to get my money back. Avoid.
