What an absolute scam! Promising to fix tax issues and negotiate with the IRS, NOTHING but wasted time filling out and emailing and faxing documents. PLEASE don't use this company. I filled a complaint with the BBB and they believed their bull. I had issues during covid, drained my 401K to pay for childcare and got taxed for it. No one cared. I have two disabled children, and their dad has terminal cancer. I tried but couldn't catch up on payments, now they are going to garnish my wages. Thanks Justice Tax NOT.
