I used another company to do my taxes and they messed everything up. Justice tax straightened out all issues. Sabrina from justice tax was awesome.everytime I received a new letter from irs,Sabrina took care of it and explained every detail. Sabrina is very professional and polite. Wonderful.
Extremely poor service; proceed with caution! I reached out to Justice Tax at the end of last year following an IRS audit. Despite encountering negative reviews, I inquired about them, and their response was that they cannot satisfy everyone. I somewhat concurred with their viewpoint and decided to utilize their services. They assured me they would negotiate my IRS balance, but after months of weekly calls and receiving vague responses about waiting for my transcripts, I received another IRS letter indicating my balance had increased by an additional $3,000. After paying Justice Tax nearly $4,000, they sent me a payment arrangement letter that I could have easily arranged myself with the IRS. They failed to negotiate my balance and simply took my money without providing any substantial assistance. I attempted to contact them multiple times, but Jordan, the individual handling my case, never answered or returned my calls. Therefore, I advise you to save your time and money by steering clear of this company, as they are exceedingly dishonest.
We hired this company and from the beginning there were multiple issues. Initially, they confused us with another client. I discovered this when they told me our state tax forms needed to be signed and returned, then asked if we were located in a different state. We are not — we live in another state entirely.This was just one of several instances of confusion. Communication has been extremely poor. We do not receive return calls, and despite emailing three times over the past week, we have received no response.I regret not doing more due diligence before hiring them. They were quick to take our payment, but when we attempt to contact them with questions or concerns, they are unresponsive.Stay away from this company and use a more reliable one.

Long story short- They initially agreed to a deal with the state for me to pay $1500 per month to the state. Keep in mind I was already in a negative cash flow situation. However, upon taking matters into my own hands, I discovered a stark contrast - I was able to negotiate a deal with the state directly at the significantly lower rate of $100 per month, exposing Justace Tax's deceitful practices. Adding insult to injury, Justace Tax failed to fulfill their promise of representing me with the federal government, leaving me stranded and unprotected in my tax affairs. Despite repeated attempts to seek assistance, I found myself abandoned by Justace Tax, facing additional financial strain and uncertainty. My frustration with the lackluster service provided by Justice Tax is palpable, as I want to express my deep disappointment with the company's (Justice Tax) deceptive tactics and unfulfilled commitments. Even after seeking aid from a special internal help group, Justice Tax's incompetence persisted, further tarnishing their own reputation and credibility. I sought assistance with the federal side of their tax matters, Justice Tax shamelessly attempted to renegotiate the terms of their agreement, demonstrating a callous disregard for the my financial well-being. With over $3000 already paid to the Justice Tax company, I was left feeling exploited and betrayed by Justice Tax's opportunistic behavior. In light of these alarming revelations, it is imperative to caution others against engaging in any business dealings with Justice Tax. I strongly advise against any association with this dubious entity, emphasizing the distressing experience and financial harm I have endured as a result of my interactions with Justace Tax. I just wish I read all the survey before hiring this company to help with my tax filing. I was being proactive and called January to see if they can help me with filing my taxes for 2023. I was reassured that everything will be filed accordingly. I was connected with three different tax consultants before the end of March. By April 16, I have not heard from them and contacted their office and come for find out they requested for extension to file my taxes. I have until October to file my taxes. Paid my taxes directly to IRS in September. On November 20, 2024, I received a letter from IRS with late fee and interest accrued. After speaking to IRS representative, that charges were accrued from April 16, 2024. I attempted to speak to one of the tax consultants, I was told since my case was closed, no explanation was given unless I wanted to be reopened again but I will be charge for more fee. I reported this company to BBB. Please don't use this company. Justice Tax llc.
I initially had problems with the the first case worker.Then they transfer me to a Laura Kington .She was awesome she work with me and put at ease by informing on my situation and how we can resolve it. She is pleasure to speak with and she always reassuring. Always called me back and made sure that my case was important to her and she was working on a resolution which she did .Thank You Laura
Was told a set of services that justified spending $11,500. Once contract signed told that those services we not offered. After repeated tries to contact them filed complaint with the BBB of South Frorida. We were then contacted by Justice Tax,LLC and told that none of the items were ever said. When asked what we then paid $11,500 for they just said "what is your problem, you signed a contract". They have since cost us an additional $10,300 in IRS penalties and interest, which they were to stop, filed a form 433-D which we could have done ourselves and are holding our money unless we sign a release that sates what a great job they did. This is a scam.
Justice Tax is not a reliable company. I called in need of assistance and was told they will help reduce my taxes. As time kept ticking away, they sat on it for over a year with my constant calls checking on the outcome I was told that its being worked on. So, finally after over a year, they notified me that everything was ready. come to find out, because they sat on it for so long, my taxes have increased by around $3,000. after contacting them, they said they couldn't do anything but gave me a stinky 10% check of $388 for my inconveniences. Sad as that is, that was not even close enough to the 3K extra on my income tax as well as they collected almost 4K for fees.. OH Yes, they are a scam big time. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH SUCH TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!Very DISSATISFIED
