They help wounded warriors? No! They find wounded warriors and hurt them some more. My husband who is a service connected veteran has terminal cancer and they found predatory lenders to pay themselves first, even before filing our taxes. They used scare tactics, marketing schemes and made the IRS look like wise guys. My husband has always done our taxes. Due to his illness he missed two years without me realizing it. I turned to this law firm thinking they would help us but they love money and wanted an outrageous amount, which we don’t have because of my husband’s treatments. We are now in compliance with the IRS, having filed our taxes in a more traditional manner. Yes, we owe the IRS, but we don’t also owe this law firm over $10,000 (you heard me right; this is what they wanted to charge a dying man). Shame on them for taking advantage of a disabled veteran with terminal cancer!!

I started with $9,000 in tax debt and ended with over &12,000 in tax debt on top of the $3,960 I paid them. They sit on your case for over two years while pretending to go over your finances and “negotiate”, only to do a payment plan with Conserve Collection Agency (the one the IRS uses for payment plans). They will make it sound like there are actual negotiations, but they are merely allowing you to accrue more fees and interest while they string you along and then tell you that they “filed for fee and interest abatement but it was denied” which is a lie. They do exactly what you can do for yourself but charge you thousands and leave you with several thousand more in debt than you started with and they take your money and speak to you unprofessionally. I paid them to do 2018 taxes they stated they sent in but the IRS still has no transcript available and they did my state taxes wrong and it said I owe money but do not. I didn’t even know I owed until the state froze my accounts to the tune of $1,066 two days before Christmas. I had to pay a local CPA $350 to fix my state taxes and I’m still waiting to get my $1066 back. Seek local counsel with a local and reputable CPA. Optima Tax took a $350 retainer to tell me 6 months later that it would cost $8000 to take care of $9000 of debt with no guarantees. You can work with the IRS to get your taxes up to date, do not give anyone but the IRS your money. It seems overwhelming but I promise you can do better by doing it yourself as soon as possible and not ending up in more debt by hiring companies like Justice tax. They promise what they can’t provide and they know it. That’s fraud. I will be perusing multiple avenues to seek justice against Justice Tax.
We hired Justice Tax LLC in March 2025 and paid $4,000 upfront to handle my 2019 tax matter. We fully cooperated and provided every document requested. We were repeatedly led to believe they would file what was needed, help us become compliant with the IRS, and that we may still be able to receive our 2024 tax refund while setting up payment arrangements. However, after taking our payment, the service has been extremely disappointing.Months later, the work that was promised has still not been completed, and instead of clear answers and progress, we have experienced long delays, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. At times, it has felt nearly impossible to get responses, and we have even had issues where communication appeared to be blocked or ignored.Because nothing was properly resolved, our situation has only worsened, and our refund remains impacted. This has caused serious hardship for my family during an already difficult financial period.I am also leaving this review for transparency because consumers should be aware that this business appears in public records and online under multiple associated names and addresses, including references to Accounting and Information Solutions LLC, and related Jacksonville, FL locations. People researching this company should make sure they understand exactly which entity they are hiring before paying any large upfront fees.I am sharing this experience so others will do thorough research, ask very specific questions before signing contracts, and do not assume promises made during the consultation will match the follow-through afterward.I regret trusting this company with such an important matter and am now pursuing formal complaints elsewhere.
Justice Tax LLC is a predatory company that targets people in stressful financial situations and bullies them into thinking they need to pay thousands for help they can often get for free. What they don’t tell you is that most IRS or state tax issues can be resolved by calling the agency directly—without a middleman or massive fees.In my case, they did absolutely nothing. They sent me a corrupted contract file that I couldn’t open, then ignored my repeated requests for a working version for months—until I finally threatened legal action. Only then did I get a response. That’s not service. That’s stonewalling. After I updated my payment method (same day), they tagged on a surprise fee with no prior explanation. When I questioned it, I received one of the most unprofessional, aggressive emails I’ve ever seen—from a man named Scott La Flam. He’s not even in customer service, yet he sent me a threatening, slanderous message full of false claims and legal intimidation simply because I left an honest review and asked for accountability.Let’s be clear: • They performed zero work. • I never received or signed a valid contract. • I cooperated fully. • I paid promptly. • And I have the documentation to prove it.Now I’m taking action: • Filing a formal BBB complaint • Reporting to the Federal Trade Commission for deceptive practices • Contacting my State Attorney General • Disputing the charge through my bank • Preparing legal action for defamation and non-performanceThis is not a real solution-oriented company. It’s a pressure campaign disguised as tax help. If you’re struggling with taxes, talk to a CPA or the IRS directly before handing over a dollar to these people. You deserve real help—not threats.
AVOID THIS PREDATORY SCAM AT ALL COSTS – THEY’RE PROFESSIONAL EXTORTIONISTS IN SUITSZero stars isn’t low enough. This “company” is a straight-up fraud factory that preys on desperation and laughs all the way to the bank.I handed them over $5,000 to negotiate a lien reduction. Result? Not one single dollar shaved off. Instead, they slapped me with the same payment plan the creditor had already offered—before I ever contacted these leeches. That’s right: I paid five grand for a pre-existing option I could’ve clicked “accept” on myself.Every promise they made evaporated the second the check cleared. Their “expert negotiators” are glorified phone-answerers who read from a script, lie with a smile, and ghost you the moment you ask for proof of progress. The so-called “Golden” Management team? A pack of slick-talking vultures who dodge calls, fabricate excuses, and treat clients like ATMs.And the harassment? Relentless. They’ll spam you for 5-star Google reviews while actively screwing you over—classic gaslighting playbook. If negative-100-star ratings existed, they’d still be too generous. Run. Do your own legwork. These parasites thrive on fear and deliver nothing but financial trauma.
I had a conversation with a gentleman at this company and everything that I said seemed to flummox him. (And I wasn't saying anything complex.) They are supposed to help with tax issues but every time I said something (and I didn't say too much) this guy kept sighing as if he was buying time to figure out what I was saying. The basic gist - like most people who contact this company - is that I need help with my taxes. I wouldn't trust the guy I spoke to as everything I said seemed to confuse him. Take your business elsewhere.
Hired them in March 2025, paid them $3900.00 and they promised to resolve our tax debt but the IRS, put a tax levy on our wages and Justice Tax is dragging their feet, they dont give you any updates on your case, when and if they send an email or call it’s something different every time. So far we’re losing $1000.00 per month trying to work with Justice Tax. Very disappointed in this company.
They were very helpful was done in a timely manner unlike the other company my husband hired before he passed away it didn't take years just mothes and no that's one less worry the whole team was super helpful though the process and kepted me updated the whole time would recommend to eney one looking for help with there tax issues.
