Dr. Marchegiani might know his business, but his mission is certainly NOT to make you feel better. His goal is to get as much money as possible from you and his waiver says it clearly.My experience with them was so awful. They left me with so much more stress ( I actually suffer from it ) that now I have no trust in other practitioner and I feel more desperate than before contacting them.I felt so desperate that I was ok with the fact that you HAVE to buy the supplements that they sell, but this is actually what made me loose about 500$.They don’t care if there is a pandemic and people are struggling, they don’t care if people suffer from chronic stress and anxiety, they will not help you.Since I’m not physically in my home country and I know that where I am now they have restrictions on supplements I wrote an email to their office asking if they did ship here before or it was a problem. They replied that they have customers here and shipping is not a problem, so I signed up!When you sign up you have to fill a very long form that you would assume the doctor will read before the consultation. Well, he will not. In fact during the [very expensive] consultation he will ask you the same exact questions of the form you just spent 2 hours filling. By the end of the call he will prescribe you a bunch of supplements (from their brand) including some very expensive multivitamins that you don’t need because you might have absorption issues.I felt so desperate that I was willing to play their game, give them my money and feel better for once in my life. But it was a mistake.The big package of supplements got held in customs and in order to release it I needed to provide a legal document that I couldn’t get. I went to the office in my town, even though I don’t speak the language, I called all the numbers, asked help from friends because of the language barrier.. I couldn’t get that document. There’s no way I could get that package.Meanwhile I exchanged emails with dr. Justin and his secretary and despite all the stress I’m going through they still charge the 5$/day late shipping fee (which were INSANELY high!!!)! They knew very well that I was struggling with this, I had to work extra hours to make up the money I (very likely) lost but also make time to go around town asking for help for this damn document!They kept saying that customs rules are different in different cities and countries and that COVID-19 is making shipping harder. The truth is that customs rules apply to the whole country, not cities in particular and COVID-19 has nothing to do with this because this restriction laws have been valid for many years! I was told this at the office that was supposed to give me the famous document.So stop washing your hands with the covid excuse, please!Long story short, they never once felt responsible for the troubles I was going through and didn’t even want to give me a refund on the shipping fees, just as a “sorry”. I deal with A LOT of customer services and this one is a COMPLETE FAILURE.Oh and I can’t wait to see the many 5-stars reviews after mine made up to fix the average score! Good job dr. Justin, you are a con!
