Ordered a pair of shoes with blue detail as shown on the website and was sent a plain pair.Customer services informed me the design had changed.Why couldn't they have told me before shipping them outI now need to find shoes for this weekend. I asked if I could exchange for a similar pair slightly more expensive as recompense but they refused. So I am having to now return them.
