I have just taken delivery of the wrong pair of shoes from Justin Reess. I ordered red shoes and they sent me the same make but in brown and white - I needed the red shoes to complete an outfit for an occasion so this is a real problem. Presumably now I am meant to send them back to the UK from Australia at my own expense. Stay away from this company. I am furious at this poor service and the inconvenience and expense I will now be put through to fix their error, and given the carelessness this time I have no confidence that the right ones will be sent next time. I also read a review by someone else who described this exact thing happening to them, which makes me concerned that this is a regular scam.
