I bought a pair of Chelsea boots recently. They looked nice, although a bit heavy. Unfortunately, the size did not match the stated size. The boots looked at least 2 sizes below what they were meant to be and were quite narrow. There is an obvious problem with sizing. I did not even try to put them on since it was clear to me they simply would not fit. I lost about £9 on postage both ends. The refund was issued quickly, though, hence 3 stars for the experience.
