I ordered and paid for my shoes on the 16th June and I still don’t have them. I have ordered for an Australian delivery. The first time I did this no problem at all and arrived within two weeks. They gave me a tracking number and it simply says they were picked up and are in London. So far no reply from either company on where my paid shoes are. It is now the 14th of July! I understand there might be a delay but not informing me is really frustrating and simply poor customer service. Update: My shoes finally arrived! Still not sure what happened- even though the wait was very long ( just keep me informed) I love my shoes. I would happily give the shoes 5 stars!
