firstly, the shoes are amazing and I love them. the issues is this...I ordered a size 11 (UK) but when they cam e they were way too small, so I sent them back and ordered a size 12 - which fit much better. When I bought the shoes, I paid £15.00 for delivery (I live in the IOM) - ok, a bit steep but heyho!, the price of living in paradise! When I sent the shoes that were too small back - I paid the postage on them too (another £7.50 to guarantee delivery) and when I ordered the bigger size, I was charged another £15 for delivery! My refund, for the shoes that were too small was for the shoes only - so essentially I have paid nearly £40 to get my shoes here - and to put that into perspective, that is about 50% of the overall cost of the shoes. When I asked about this - I have received a standard response of "our terms say we don't refund postage". Poor show, I say.
